   *Tube with yellow cap, called Gel & Clot Activator Tube , withadditive of Gel & Clot Activator, used for for biochemistry andimmunology tests,There is gel inside the tube at the bottom. Aftercentrifugation, the gel can separate the serum from the blood cells.

    *Usage for Serum separation gel-added tube
Theinternal wall of serum separation evacuated tube is treated by siliconeto prevent blood adhering to the wall and avoid Physical hemolytic. Toshorten the time of blood coagulate, coagulant is applied to theinternal wall of tube. To make the serum separation faster and betterand promote the one-tube operation during the whole test process andserum storage, serum separation gel can be added to the tube. Thecoagulant-added evacuated test tube shall be slightly overturned andmixed for 5 to 8 times following collection (Refer to Precautions fordetails).
